General Overview
Background:

As a strategic emerging industry explicitly planned in the national "15th Five-Year Plan," the low-altitude economy is experiencing explosive growth. In 2025, China's low-altitude economy exceeded RMB 850 billion, and it is expected to surpass the trillion-yuan mark in 2026. Shenzhen has emerged as the "Global Low-Altitude Economy First City," with consumer drones accounting for 70% of the global market, and DJI leading the consumer segment. However, behind the rapid industry development, intellectual property issues are becoming increasingly prominent.

Against this backdrop, this forum will focus on nine dimensions: patent application and portfolio, examination and validation, litigation and infringement, trademarks and branding, trade secrets, software protection, licensing, ownership disputes, and IP protection systems.
